Returns & Exchanges

At DWB Tyres, we want to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We accept returns on unused products within 3 days of delivery and customer needs to return the product to our drop-off location or store. However, customers are also eligible to get Refunds or Exchange products if they are found to be defective within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an refund/exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product should be refund/exchanged within 3 days after delivery.
  • The original invoice must be presented to process the exchange.

Exchange Process: Once we receive your request for exchange, we will assess the condition of the product. If approved, you will be offered a replacement product of the same value or a store credit.

Shipping Costs: Customers will bear the cost of return shipping for exchanges, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Exclusions: DWB Tyres reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product has been mounted, driven, or used in any manner by the customer.
